Add a new eMail account to your Apple iPhone

Setup a new eMail account on an iPhone

To complete this task you will need to know your email details, including configurations and passwords

Step 1

On your iPhone, navigate to the ‘Settings’ icon.

Step 2

Within the Settings menu, navigate to the ‘Mail’ option.

>Mail

Step 3

In the Mail settings, scroll down to the ‘Accounts’ option.

>Accounts

Step 4

Within the ‘Accounts’ menu, scroll down to the option ‘Add Account’ found below any other accounts you have already.

>Add Account

Step 5

Here you can add a variety of common email providers, or add an account manually, Here we will select the ‘Other’ option here.

>Other

Step 6

Here we navigate to the ‘Add Mail Account’ option.

>Add Mail Account

Step 7

Here you add the details provided when you created your mail account.

Name: This can be any name you want to identify account.
Email: This has to be the exact mail address provided.
Password: Insert the password associated to account.
Description: This can be any name you like to describe the account.

>Account Added!
